We do not collect or store your card, e-wallet, or bank details — payments are processed directly by Maya (PayMaya), a licensed third-party payment processor.
How We Use Your Information
- To prepare, confirm, and deliver your order, including calculating the correct delivery fee for your area
- To contact you about your order status (email, SMS, or phone)
- To let you sign in and view or manage your past orders
- To respond to questions submitted through the Contact Us form
- To meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements
Third-Party Services We Use
- Google Sign-In — to let you create an account and log in without a separate password.
- Google Maps / Places — to help you enter and confirm your delivery address.
- Maya (PayMaya) — to securely process your payment. Maya's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.
- Semaphore — to send order-alert SMS messages to our team so orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
Each of these providers may process limited data (such as your name, address, or phone number) only as needed to perform their part of fulfilling your order.
Cookies
We use basic cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session while browsing. We don't use cookies for third-party advertising.
Data Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for customer service, accounting, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time, subject to records we're required to keep.
